He graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University in 2006 with a degree in industrial electronics engineering and from the Oregon Institute of Technology in the USA in 2015 with a focus on renewable energy sources.<\/p>\n<p>From 2015 to 2018, he worked at the major US engineering consulting company STANTEC.
