The draft Agreement on Joint Implementation of the Construction and Operation of the Kambarata-1 HPP has been published by Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan (34%, 33%, 33%, respectively). The construction cost was estimated at $2.9 billion.
