Talaibek Baigaziev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov, the press service of the Ministry of Energy reported.
Previously, Baigaziev served as chairman of the National Energy Holding Company OJSC.
