Atabek Abylgaziev has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic
Ilyas Bakytzhan has been appointed as the new Deputy Minister of Energy in Kazakhstan.
He was born in 1982 in Turkestan, South Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2022, Ilyas Bakytzhan served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board at JSC ‘KOREM’, and from 2022 to 2023, he held the position of Chairman of the Board at LLP ‘Kazakhstan Digital Energy Association.
